DEFCON Clown
I just ordered Dark Champions from the Online Store! This should really help me improve my Dark Champions game, The Gunman of Gangland.

I, too, have often found that actually owning the Source Material for a game helps considerably when attempting to play it. Grats on your purchase. - Vassoom
DEFCON Clown
Re: Woot! What I meant was that my game is in the Dark Champions Genre, its normal people who are armed vigilantes taking out the Triads and the Yakuzas. But now I'll have the book which, as you said should help alot.
Edsel
Re: Woot! The firearms section alone is worth it. Lots of specialized ammo rules. The super skill collection is pretty neat too.
Ephelides
Re: Woot! You will greatly enjoy Dark Champions, I am sure. If you want more information on the Yakuza, Tongs, and Triads, you might consider getting Hudson City: The Urban Abyss.
Thia Halmades
Re: Woot! She (he? I hate assuming, but femme avi and all) is correct - I grabbed Hudson City during the sale, dude. Book is MONEY. It's fabulous. Great map, great depth, lots of options in there. I also recommend Predators if you can swing it - if all the villain books are that good, I should get more of them. DEFCON Clown
Re: Woot! Predators is the next book I want then Hudson City. I am incredibly happy with Dark Champions, its great.
Lemurion
Re: Woot! Go with Hudson City first if you can. That book's better than Thia says it is and then some. Predators is good but I found Hudson City better.
DEFCON Clown
Re: Woot! Well I don't need a city as much as I need new enemies for my current game. I have the city I use mapped out pretty well in addition to havin detailed lists of important people, places, and events.

Unless you want some examples/inspiration, It sounds like there's very little for you.
