TheDarkPaladin Posted March 17, 2007 Report Share Posted March 17, 2007 I have been trying for years to get my son interested in role playing, and I finally got him hooked by telling him that we could stat out his bionicles in the Hero System. He is actually looking forward to playing some of his characters, and I've started working with him on the stats. While I was taking a gander at the Bionicle pages on Wikipedia (and there are a whole bunch of them...) I came across: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanohi#Ignika which details the various masks worn by the Toa, and any specific power or ability they are connected to (eg: Matatu, the Mask of Telekinesis: Enables the user to move objects and beings with his or her mind....etc). And even tho' the internal storylines have certain characters being the only ones with specific masks, it might be interesting to "mix and match" (ie: a baseline physical type being gifted with a notable mask and a non- related notable weapon (Telekinesis mask combined with squid launcher perhaps ?? )).
