A character associated with death has a limited pool of "Death Energy" which he may renew by taking this energy away from the dying (read, "healing"). This is just a matter of curiosity. I'd have to say Vestnik's idea works best for most purposes. Heal somebody, the REC kicks in, every Turn he heals somebody he gets a REC to the Endurance Reserve on the post-phase 12.
