Their home world is roughly Earth like in gravity and atmosphere. The Fenn, due to manipulation by an advanced race, are natural shape shifters. They have been this way for eons. Fenn society places a lot of value on one's sense of self worth. Young are encouraged to follow their dreams making the society stronger through their self actualization.

The government is similar to a constitutional monarchy, they have a royal family and council of governors whom are elected democratically. There are several parties and government can get bogged down in politicking. However, the Fenn have, even after achieving interstellar travel, been relatively untouched by war.

They have, however, been victims of xenophobia and paranoia due to their ability to alter their shape. Much of the intergalactic community looks to them with at least distrust. Personality/Motivation: Though not a Utopia, the Fenn are a relatively content society. Most are proud, gregarious people who are unafraid to state their opinions but more than willing to listen to others. They tend to be very encouraging and friendly, bordering on overbearing and patronizing but generally with good intention.

They have a very romantic outlook and foster dreamers and artists by the bushel full. An interesting aspect of their nature is that they, by and large, disdain mimicry. This is due partially to bad experiences with other races and partially due to their slightly overblown sense of self. Quote: Powers/Tactics: Having tremendous control over their own personal topography, the Fenn have a love for melee combat. Warriors often take personalized "battle forms"; but while that's all well in good in a fist fight, it has proven less effective against yer basic blaster or in some cases slug throwers. To this end the Fenn Military has, since their introduction to the galactic community, adopted more effective armaments and protection, with their own flair of course. Campaign Use: The Fenn are Else Earth's Skrulls, but with a Reconnaissance Era twist. An encounter with the Fenn is generally entertaining for both parties. They generally act like cavalier gallants traipsing across the universe to find the farthest star, master their forms, achieve their dreams. They are friendly and outgoing. They would be equally suitable as a galactic class actor or a swashbuckling space pirate. Appearance: The Fenn are very human like in appearance. The main difference is their glossy red skin; though golden yellow or brilliant orange are not unheard of. Their hair generally matches their skin tone and their eyes run a gamut of warm colors. However, as shape shifters they can appear anyway. The current "Royal Line" have generally been born with golden skin.
