Cassandra
Batgirl 250 "Explaination" This is the Silver Age Batgirl. Her skills and characteristics reflect several years of adventuring along side Batman. I made the Batcycle as running instead of a vehicles to reflect her skill while riding it, and her ability to attack as well. Her weapons give her a wide variety of attack options. Cassandra
Re: Batgirl 250 I've always liked the character, Bubba. I don't care of Oracle, and the new Batgirl is boring. Of course, now I don't know how I'm going to be Batman 250. lol
Kenn
Re: Batgirl 250 I don't think, even after her years of adventuring, ever got that strong. 15, certainly. 18 maybe. 20, no.
HawksmoorSD
Re: Batgirl 250 Yeah I think I have to agree with Kenn on this one. The write up is superb, in fact all of your write ups are, but giving her a 20 seems high to me. I think 15 fits the bill better.

Cassandra
Re: Batman 250 I finally figured out a way to give a 250 point Batman his vehicles. I put them in his Ultility Belt multiplier. The justification is that we've seen him use his utility belt to summon the Batmobile, Batplane, and Batboat. Without the belt he wouldn't be able to use them because of security systems in place to prevent others from stealing them. This version of Batman is designed to work along side Batgirl, and would be considered earlier in his career.
Cassandra
Re: Batman 250 The difference between Batman and Batgirl use of vehicles is that Batgirl could throw a batarang from her Batcycle. Batman could do so only at the cost of opening the vehicle (hence the Batarmor). Plus he uses the vehicles he has to get to where the trouble is and then proceeds via Batline, swinging into battle. Comments welcome.
HawksmoorSD
Re: Batgirl 250 I've really enjoyed all the write ups you've kicked out showing that you can have a viable character on 250 pts. You've done a great job representing Superman what looks like his series of books and Batman in his series of books. As you said your Batman write up is meant to run with Batgirl. I'm curious as to how you'd set Batman up differently, if at all, to run with Superman. Great job on all of this!!

Cassandra
Re: Batgirl 250 Regarding all the other villains that Batman and Batgirl face, for the most part they are the hunters and Catwoman, Penguin, Riddler, etc. are the hunted. CTaylor
Re: Batgirl 250 Most comic book characters (other than the really absurd ones like Superman or Doctor Strange) can be built on 250 points, to be honest. Sure, you can keep adding new stuff to simulate something you saw in some comic, but the basic character really ain't that tough. The problem is, because people get so used to the high point values they start throwing more points at street thugs and gangsters to make them remotely dangerous, so these guys have to be built up. Treating street thugs as a slightly skilled normal (which, let's be honest, most are), and your street fighter hero doesn't need 350 points to beat one consistently. Kais86
Re: Batgirl 250 Most of my 350 builds have OIHID or are OIF/OAF and they generally don't need to be in their heroic ID or even need their foci to trash a pack of street level thugs.
