This is my final attempt to create Superman at 250 points. Superman's characteristics and damage resistance represent the fact that Earth has lower gravity then Krypton, making him much stronger and durable. His powers come from exposure to Earth's yellow sun, and both kryptonite and red solar radiation prevent him from using those powers. The PRE from his costume is based on the difference between Clark Kent and Superman, the former being mild manner and far less impressive. The skills provided represent what a someone from a great metropolitan newspaper would have, and I gave Superman navigation for his megascale flight.
