Beowulfe
How would you build a vehicle or base for a tiny character? I mean if he has shrinking on most or all of the time and is the size of a Ken doll, the smallest size of vehicle is a bicycle. The smallest base is one hex. For the vehicle would you just buy the smallest size and then say it is even smaller or should you buy the appropriate size and then shrinking? For the base would you just buy the number of hexes you would normally buy but divide than by the levels of shrinking to get an appropriate size base? If I buy one hex, can I say it is only 1/4 hexes tall by four hexes area?

If being smaller gives a benefit (increased DCV or Concealment bonuses), it needs to be paid for.
Pattern Ghost
Re: Bases/Vehicles for small characters I agree. The base or vehicle should be bought relative to the size of the character. If the hexes are tiny, then a limitation to reflect that can be bought, since big folk can't enter the base or be a passenger on the vehicle.
