The text was talking about the ability to modify the powers the character was reflecting, and I thought this might be an appropriate way: 40 Reflection (60 Active Points) 30 Naked Variable Special Effects (any effect + 1/2) for up to 60 active points of Reflected Attack. I think that works mechanically, but I wonder about the special effect. It does give me an idea. You could use a Naked Trigger with Reflection to "store" an attack and use later.
