Lord Liaden
Re: The Living Bridge of Meghalaya Now I know where Tolkien's Elves ended up. This is a splendid example of the kind of long-term planning our ancestors undertook, which so much of our modern culture has lost sight of. Instead of building infrastructure over a year or two with a planned obsolescence of a couple of decades, these people patiently spend generations crafting works intended to function for centuries.
