VIPER: High Tech Badguy Organization, has its own book ARGENT: Underworld Arms Dealers, doesn't have its own book and not sure where to get specific info on it, it is frequently mentioned in other products PSI: Evil Mentalists organization (might be more of a team, kinda blurs the line between team and organization), Found in CKC IHA: Anti-Super Activists. General information given in the Champions/CU generic books but I don't know if there is anything more specific on them. Of course on the good guy side you have PRIMUS: the USA's team of Supercops. There is an "official" book about them that wasn't written by the DOJ UNTIL: The UN's Supercops, they do have their own book. I know I am forgetting a few... ARGENT: Mentioned here and there, some agent stats in Monster Island, and the adventure Interface was in, but both are 5ed. Circle of the Scarlet Moon: The 5ed Mystical Enimies book, Vibera Bay (also 5ed), and also VV2 (6ed). The Cult of the Red Banner: Mentioned here and there. A super powered thug showed up in the Hero System Martial Arts book (6ed). DEMON: Has there own book (5ed). DEMON Brother and Outer Circle Morbain stats in Champions Universe. CLOWN: No longer exists. Check Clasic Orginzations (3ed) for more details. PSI: VV2. Card Shark: Curently no 5th/6th ed info, but are expected to show up in Dark Champions 6ed. Costumed orgiziesd crime syndicate. Raven: See Card Shark above. Mostly a 'SPECTOR' (as in superspy) org. IHA: Minietman robot was published in a 5ed adventure, but beyond that, nothing much. VIPER: There own book (5ed), and generic agent in Champions Universe. Villiancy Unlimited: Lawers for the costumed villians. Trys NOT to get there cliants free, but instead trys to make shure thay get reduced time. Not much info, but what is there is in Champions Universe (no stats). WITCH: A femimist crinimal orginzation made up only by female members. PAGON: Was mentioned in one of the worse 'enimies' books in existance (Europiean Enimies, HERO 4ed), in relation to the charater Nether.
