Tech
I was trying to contact Hero Games but it states I don't have permission, so I'm leaving the question here: I've noticed that several threads (in particular "A DC Animated-style HeroMachine" that has 8674 posts), will only show page 1. Obviously, there should be multiple pages but only 1 page shows that I can tell. Is this a problem from a website crash, am I missing something, something else? Is anyone else running into this problem? Also, posting a message on the threads takes many long moments.
Simon
Change the filter at the top of the page to refresh the page count.
Tech
Thanks. When I click on Filter to the right of Page, I see: Time, Show, Sort By, Order, Prefix, General, Gaming. None of these show to refresh the page count. I guess I'm missing something obvious.
Simon
Try clicking one and see what happens. Guess what? If you choose a setting for Show (for example) that doesn't match what you want to see, you can always change it back...and it still amounts to performing a refresh of the page count. L. Marcus
You do it inside the thread you wanna read. Click Filter, change the setting, and Presto!
Quislet3000
I'm having the same problems. This new forum format has left me feeling non-plus. I've almost stopped using it.
Simon
You can give up or you can find the workarounds...which are really not that bad (at all). Sitting around complaining is entirely counter-intuitive (and non-productive). I'd recommend against it. I'd personally recommend playing around with the filtering a bit -- you may find that it provides some rather nice options.
