Ninja-Bear Posted February 5, 2014 Report Share Posted February 5, 2014 Quick question about Dart from the Geodesics. (Iirc Enemies II). He has listed 1/2 Damage Resistance for 15 pts. Does this act as damage reduction in later editions? And does it affect only normal damage or also killing damage at that level? P.s. he has 20 PD & 15 ED. Thanks in advance! Grailknight Posted February 5, 2014 Report Share Posted February 5, 2014 Damage Resistance was a power bought in 2 stages in those days: 30 pts for Full and 15 pts for 1/2. It was a very literal power. At the 15 point level it made 50% of your PD and ED into resistant defense. At 30 points it made PD and ED 100% resistant.
