clsage
Some more potential plot hook stuff: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/next/tech/water-drops-and-graphene-combine-to-create-nanoscale-hydropower/ -Carl-
BlueCloud2k2
Very cool. Now to see if they can get more energy out of it than they are putting into pumping the water. And yes, I know this violates the laws of science, but I've always felt they should be viewed as 'suggestions' and 'guidelines' than unbreakable laws. Christopher
And yes, I know this violates the laws of science, but I've always felt they should be viewed as 'suggestions' and 'guidelines' than unbreakable laws. It is not violating the laws of physics, as those are pretty much self-enforcing. Not even black holes can escape the laws of Thermodynamics. It is however a innovative way to create Electrical Energy from Kinetic Energy (movement of the droplet), wich is created from positional energy and gravity. BlueCloud2k2
Maybe something involving capillary tubes to move the water "up" and then the graphene slide to generate the power. Hrm....
