JmOz Posted May 30, 2014 Report Share Posted May 30, 2014 Was thinking about a continuous sticky AE entangle, then it occurred to me that the target would be the hex, that is extremely unlikely to try to break the entangle, so am wondering if continuous would actually be needed...thoughts? Hyper-Man Posted May 30, 2014 Report Share Posted May 30, 2014 Since the primary effect/purpose of Continuous is Targeting of future Attacks it seems unnecessary (even if the purpose is to give the Entangle more BODY). Armitage Posted May 30, 2014 Report Share Posted May 30, 2014 Champions Powers has a Sticky Entangle without Constant - Sticky Sap, in the Wood and Plant Powers chapter. The only requirement for Sticky is that the power can't require conscious control from the character after the initial attack. 6E1 345 specifically says "...such as Entangle and attacks bought with the Advantage Uncontrolled."
