Kristopher
Would you consider the use of the +1/2 Advantage "Conforming" from Area of Effect to be appropriate for use with the "Change Environment" Power?
Agent Escafarc
Sure. I don't see how that would be a problem.
austenandrews
Absolutely. I use that construct in my fantasy game. -AA
Vondy
It ports over nicely enough. I'd allow it.
PhilFleischmann
In many cases, I wouldn't require the advantage at all, and just say that the CE is Conforming for free, because it makes sense, based on the SFX. If you fill a narrow hallway with vision-obscuring fog, there's no reason to assume that the fog will appear on the other side of the walls, or that it will do any damage to the walls. It won't break them down or seep through. This doesn't seem like an advantage worth more than +0. In some cases, the advantage would be appropriate at +1/2. RandomHero
The index in the book points to "conforming" under the Change Environment entry. Sounds like a perfect match to me.
