Hugh Neilson Posted June 9, 2016 Report Share Posted June 9, 2016 Another option for "fuel" for the belt would be an END reserve equal to 8x the END from a maximum Blast (so if it's a 12D6 Blast, 48 END) that recovers only when "plugged in". He can use it 8 times at full power, or 16 at half power, before it needs recharging.
