Tech Posted December 4, 2017 Report Share Posted December 4, 2017 I'm thinking of buying a power which Activates on a 5 (or possibly even 4 or less). Activate 8 or less is -2. dsatow Posted December 4, 2017 Report Share Posted December 4, 2017 The RaW only goes down to 8- or -1 per 5 active on a cha roll. Given a sufficiently large power and low enough starting roll, you can get a very low roll. IIRC, when doing sectional armor, they use the activation roll to simulate the amount of coverage. So a helmet which activates on a 3-5, was still just a 8- for a limitation. Of course, your GM is always the final arbiter. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
