0 Steve Long Posted November 5, 2019 Report Share Posted November 5, 2019 My apologies for taking so long to respond to your question — real life snuck up on me and got in a Surprise attacking, Knocking me Out for several Segments until I could recover. The rules for cells, vaults, and the like are covered on 6E2 192, as part of the rules for designing Bases and Vehicles. The "Reinforced Cell" you posted above is a good basic example. I'm not sure how your math isn't adding up, so if you're still having trouble with building a cell after reading this, please PM me and we'll work it out.
