Tech Posted December 24, 2019 Report Share Posted December 24, 2019 Most likely, the only reason was to make the final point totals fit within a certain parameter, say a total of 100 pts. Don't know how much the old agents cost at the moment. Maybe the agents were built and a few points weren't used yet, so whomever threw in a little Flash Def. Otherwise, the agents' helmet has a chemical on the lens giving him protection from bright light that burns away from multiple Flash attacks.
