Terra Nova

Ok, I've got a question about how exactly does the Penetrating advantage work. Let's say we have a hero with a 2d6+1, Penetrating HKA who hits a villain who has rPD of 25. The hero rolls a 6 and a 1 on his damage, and a 3 on his STUN multiplier die, for a total of 8 BODY, 24 STUN. This bounces off the villain's rPD totally, but since it's a Penetrating attack, what is the minimum? My guess is that because a roll of 6 and 1 on a normal attack would do only 2 BODY, then the minimum done would be 2 BODY. Now, does the attack also do a minimum STUN? I'm kinda confuzzled right now and any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

His mastery of the wind and his ability to freeze anything he touches is rumored to have been taught to him by the Inuit, while others believe he is the living incarnation of the Wendigo. The ‘49er This gold-toothed mountain man from the Sierra Nevadas is as tough as nails and stronger then can be believed. He also has an uncanny control over rock, making it change shape or move as he wishes. Couverture Couverture hails from the French Resistance. She has complete control over her body. She can change her shape as easy as one changes hats. She used her powers to great effect while with the Resistance, but now the Free French government has asked her to represent her people with the other Allied heros! She is also a master of demolitions and an expert shot. Spitfire Originally a member of the British 6th Airborne, Spitfire discovered his power of flight on a training jump when his parachute malfunctioned and failed to open. He stopped falling a few feet from the ground to the amazement of his comrades. Taken in by the British government he began to test his newfound powers. He discovered that he has incredible telekinetic abilities. He can fly faster than the ME-109 and turn on a dime, he can fire force bolts from his hands, he can protect himself and others with force-fields, and he can tear the wings off German bombers with just a thought!

Well... Terra Nova would probably grab the mugger then follow after and confront the "victim". He would first chide the "victim" for not placing his used mugger in its proper receptacle. Used muggers should not be just dropped where ever you feel like, for that is littering, and littering is BAD (Terra Nova has this … thing about littering and pollution). He’d then ask the “victim†for the handgun. Assuming that the handgun is handed over (Terra Nova is also a very intimidating human-shaped pile of soil, most people do as he says) Terra Nova would then take the mugger back to his garage (he owns a auto-body/general auto mechanic shop in what was the worst part of Baltimore before he moved in and cleaned it up). TN would then make sure the mugger was OK, wake him up, and attempt to find out why he was trying to mug the “victimâ€. TN would assume that the mugger needed drug money, and TN HATES drugs. He sees them as just another form of pollution, a pollution of the body. He uses his garage as a training school for neighborhood youths, to try to give them another means of support other then crime, and to hopefully give them the willpower and self confidence to not need drugs to get by. He would probably try to help the mugger out as much as he could, either getting him in an addiction treatment program, or a job training program. Now, if the mugger doesn’t want to be helped, he’ll be told he’s just gotten his one free crime, and if TN catches his again…it won’t go so nice.

I'd like to join 'cause I like cleaning up. Villins is trash. I like taking out the trash. Hopefully the Power Brigade will give me the opportunity to 'take out the trash'. Oh, I also like to fix cars and such, and I've heard yous guys have some pretty nifty cars and such. Right now, I help out the Baltimore Liberators when they need me. But they gets a bit flakey sometimes. Ain't none of thems. I'm always available. I don't sleep or anything. I own a mechanics shop, but I can leave it whenever. Water's bad. I erode. I ain't registered. I figure why should I? Heck, I'm in the damn phone book. I've got my own wheels. It's a VW Beetle with a heavy duty suspension. I kinda need dat 'cause I weight a ton. Death? Been there, done that. Don't much care for it. Property damage? Sometimes that happens. I don't even wear pants when it ain't raining.
