  1. how would one make a computer generated hologram superhero? i saw the idea in a book somewhere, where a computer became self aware and in order to study humanity..it created a holographic image with a powerful laser holoemmiter it had secretly had launched into orbit...the lady hero had flight and energy projection powers..but...my question is...would be an A.I. with multiform? or something completely different?
  2. heh..well it was kinda a points thing...he was a bit over anyhow...he is a port from 3rd edition..a character i played ages ago and wanted to play again...alas...5th edition has many changes and i had to completely redo him from ground up...but in my opinion...body is an indication of initial body mass...and a ultra fast person would be sleek to avoid wind resistance as much as possible...and the other stats arent just a major need for someone who is ultra nimble and fast...after all...he may be a chemist who got his powers with a unique potion..but hes not a quantum physicist and i always thought of him as just joe schmoe who came across a molecular excitation formulae by accident and barely had the know-how to duplicate it. hope this helps a bit kef.

  13. ok is this what you meant by rapid on sight? or would it be 0 END as well..with limitation only while running? ,as for independent...if its an item i think a person could pull off a character and use...i believe it needs independent...after all..dr.strange uses the eye of aggamotto...its a focus..but ive seen it taken from him by others and used against him...so it should be independent too. so why not a costume? after all...if i get ina fight with you and pull you shirt off....if it wasnt independent...i could never put it on? duh? lol...anyway..here he is again...   14. well its an old character i had quite awhile ago i played in a friends campaign..now that im refereeing it..i wanted to bring him back as an npc type....he had bout 35-40 xp built up...so it dont matter if its a bit over 350 but im makin it as close as i can for game continuity for the players so they dont whine

  17. well on the sonic boom t hing...i was thinking that in a city its gonna vaporize nearly every window in bout two blocks....which would tend to rely annoy/anger the local authorities..so he would have to use it outside city limits...or...deal with the consequences.
  18. how would one go about making a magic type pool similar to dr.strange? i mean..doc always seems to shoot spells from the hip and always seems to have just what he needs when he needs it...would this just be one wicked VPP? or something different...i have the old mystic masters book..but...alot of it seems either illegal now..or just hoky, any ideas out there?
