  1. ok heres the idea, a dwarf from a fantasy world gets sucked through a dimensional void and smack dab into a mordern day world with superheroes...my problem is how to build his warhammer. I do not have any of the books and am trying to build this character using only the demo version of Hero Designer 2..heres what I want the warhammer to include...a h-h attack obviously, but also an eb (the hammer thrown) but heres the kicker. I wan't some kind of advantage on the hammer. Kind of how Thor's hammer can only be wielded by certain people. Basically the same thing, such as can only be wielded by the pure of heat. What kind of advantage would this be +1, +2 and should the powers of the hammer be in a multipower?? And anymore abilities would you put in the hammer?

  8. Re: Campaign History for Superhero Games I personally would like to have that issue..I have on a dvd where it talks about that issue and shows a few of the panels close up..I especially like the few panels that show the Kingpin and Dr. Doom how it slowly does a close up to Doom's eye and shows a tear running out of it. I have only really been a player in Champions so I cannot say but I doubt I would alter history very much

  10. Re: H-H atttacks & Martial Artists Yes it is from a superhero campaign I am trying to convert him so I can use him in a play by e-mail game he has the following 20 STR and a 10d6 h-h attack plus the following maneuvers that the gm allowed me to apply it to Backfist (Defensive Strike), Sidekick (Martial Strike), Dragon's Claw (Offensive Strike) the way we calculated it the attacks did 14d6/16d6/18d6 resepectively
  11. Re: H-H atttacks & Martial Artists Unfortunatly Killer I do not own the book yet...I was looking over an old character of mine and the gm i played him with allowed it on all normal m-a attacks..(not on throws, killing strike or nnd maneuvers)

  23. Re: Tell me about you're JLA When I ran my Champions campaign years ago..I only had a paperback hero system rulebook...I think it was 4th edition. So I therefore had to make up my own hero's and villains..I converted alot of marvel and a few DC characters as well. So we actually had the Avengers..but I had a custom group of heroes a friend and I created together..that would give the Avengers a decent run for their money. They were a group of mutants who all had aspects of animals in their appearances and were from various places around the world. They were called the Wild Bunch- heres a brief run down all members had body armor in their costumes. Golden Lion: team leader, from Sudan, semi brick (60 Str) had a hka and decent running and leaping abilities. Fox: from France, only female meber had a hka was fast and had a limited mind contol ability (only worked on men) Rabbit: from America: team speedster and had super leaping abilites. would super leap and do a foot first move through on opponents. Triceritops: from the Savage Land, team brick (100 Str) also had a hka(his horns) and a +10d6 h-h attack (tail slap) Dragonfly: from China, had four dragonfly like wings and a tail, could fly had an nnd sting attack. Snake: from Brazil: had scaley skin and the ability to stretch. Platypus: from Australia: the most unique actually, he looked like a human platypus, swam really well but he was the teams egoist. very nice ego attack ..etc. Hyena: from South Africa: teams gadgeteer and tracker..eventually betrayed the group and went merc.
  24. Re: National Warrior Archetypes I have a few ideas America: Native American Warrior...not that I have any problem with cowboys or marines but they were here 1st and they exemplify what this country is about as they were truly a free people. Scotland: Celtic warrior, weaing of course traditional kilt and wielding a claymore
