I'm writing up an NPC thaumaturgist for the Turakian campaign I'm running right now and I've run into a bit of a problem. This guy is to be a specialist in self transformation but I don't really like the feel of transforming into specific monster forms and such. The idea is that he would make whatever physical changes he needs to get a specific ability or 2. I planned for it to be much like the spell Thaumaturgic Sculpting, but was dissapointed to find that you can't use transforms on yourself. How would you model this? I thought of a VPP that can only used to make multiforms, but that won't work on others. The other was just to apply an advantage Can be used on self to the transform. I figure that would be worth +1 or +1.5.
Here's the spell thus far:
Ganossa's Greater Thaumaturgic Sculpting: Major Transform 2d6 (grant physical form based powers, heals back through another application of this or similar spells, or a period of 1 hour plus 1 hour per point by which the caster makes his roll), Improved Results Group (any physical form based power; +1/4), Continuous (+1) (67 Active Points); Limited Target (Human Beings; -1/2), Requires A Thaumaturgy Roll (-1/2), Spell (-1/2), No Range (-1/2), Incantations (-1/4), Gestures (-1/4)
