Well, here's what I got:
Heat Metal:
1/2d6 HKA
Sticky (+1/2)
Continuing Charges lasting 1 Minute each (+1/2)
Continuous (+1)
Must be cast on a metal (-1)
No STR Bonus (-1/2)
Extra Time (Extra Phase, Only to Activate, -1/2)
Side Effects, Side Effect occurs automatically whenever Power is used (Costs 3 END; -1/2)
Active Points: 30
Real Cost: 8
Only 1/2d6, so this is not a "Die you bastard!" attack but something more like "get burned! a little" (actually this is for a fire-based multipower and this is supposed to be more useful than powerful).
I finally went for 1 min Continuing Charges, +1/2 is the value for 12 Charges and since I doubt it will get used that many times a day I decided not to limit it just for flavor since none of the other spells have Charges. And besides I dislike the idea of using charges for innate abilities, so unless someone knows a more "legal" way of buying these "unlimited continuing charges that cost END" I'm going with it.
