I have a situation. I have a player who want to have the ability to summon his sword and unsummon it at will. I told him to build the sword like a power but do not take the item limitation so it could be more like a power (have the ability to activate or summon in this case). He instead builds the sword under the summoning rules but he just builds it like a multipower with no stats. He explains to me that in the examples given that the person was able to summon things like a hoverbike and even a base. I told him true but the difference with that compared to what you are doing is that the hoverbike and the base actually have stats, your sword doesn't. he doesn't want to give his swords stats so what other options can I give him or was he right all along?
