Re: Three Heroes to Save the Universe The issue of the next archmage is coming up in my campaign so who and who isn't viable is going to a be pressing issue soon. Ah, my choices: 1. Brawler. One of the strongest heroes out there and one of the most dedicated. 2. Tetsuronin as many have said. He may not have the brains to cover everything that happens, but he can do a lot, and a lot of damage besides. 3. Rashindar. If the others don't try to kill him for his arrogance, his firepower combined with everyone else's could probably handle just about any villain out there.

Re: Foxbat....Where can I find Him? As usual, I'm out of the lopp, but be that as it may, the comics used Foxbat wrong, and I'm not sure why they were so desperate to hang onto him.

Re: Regrettable Disads I'm sure I'm not the only one who mentioned something like this, but back when we were playing 4th ed still there was a guy in my group who was hunted by Dr. Destroyer and Firewing on 14-. I think it lasted like a session and a half before he decided to make another character. And our GM never GMed for us again.

Re: CHAMPIONS OF THE NORTH -- What Would You Like To See? Yes, but I was talking about 4th ed Champions of the North. It had character sheets for a dozen or so government superheroes but nobody else, although I seem to recall some names being dropped belonging to solos. I know it's unlikely but I'm pointing it out in hopes of making sure it doesn't happen again. I'm weird that way.

Re: [Review] CU: News Of The World (+ Long Argument On MPA's & Frameworks) It's nice to finally have write-ups for the Sentinels and Justice Squadron, plus the other tons of info and awesome new villains. I think I can get a lot of mileage out of Hurricane and Baykok, it's great to see Pantera again, and I've been waiting a long time for a villain like Valak. But the editting for the book is absolutely atrocious. It's like 4th ed all over again. I hope that gets corrected in any later printings.
