  1. I'm glad to hear that. Maybe it helps that it is free. Yes, that has always been a problem. I do miss the time when you can count at least two products every 30 days, with at least one of them an adventure. We can only hope. But if it isn't free, will it turn people away?
  2. Sounds more like Tokosatsu Hero (Tokosatsu is the Japanese word for live action special effects, and is used to describe live action giant monsters, robots, and things like Ultraman, Super Sentai [known to us as Power Rangers] and other similar shows...heck even the live action Sailor Moon show falls under Tokosatsu and there is no giant robot or monster in sight). And forgive me, I did misspell Tokosatsu.
  3. Of course I'm feeling down right now. But it is nobodies business. I do wish people would accept Champions, but if they wouldn't accept the game to survive 5ed, what makes us think 6ed would do better? I guess I'm letting my depression about my physical limitations get to me sometimes.
  4. Ok. Syzygy does need more love. Well, we can always try. But don't get your hopes up. Be realistic. We are never going to 'save' Hero, only slow down the company's death.
  5. Maybe they just don't want superhero rpg.
  6. Sounds good. Again, sounds doable. There might be some damaged old Minnetman robots which still function beyond the beast. And a history lesson on what Genocide was. Has to be reconceptuised because Genocide no longer exists. While IHA functions as a similar threat, they are a secret villain. Yas. Greenies.
  7. Ok. What is the plot plan? What is the main plan for the adventure? Some in between adventure ideas... 1) Rich eccentric gets some mail order superpowers and kidnaps someone to attract superheroes to test his powers. Note: he will not knowenly put his captive in danger but he is still new to being a supervillain and will drop everything to save his own victim if she is in danger. Villain can be persuaded to quit if talked to. 2) The Bank Robert. Some brick villains steal a bank building. Up to the GM if they get all the cash inside or not (the safe Maybe in the basement and this might be left behind...nobody has ever accused bricks for being smart).
  8. That's the comic book. What teams are they on? I see members of the Newsboy Leagon, who were a bunch of normal WW2 paperboys who did adventures together. A bunch of young sidekicks to little known DC heroes. Secret is kinda a 'sidekick' to Dead Man, but is more modern age. Arrowette is known as Red Arrow in the rolll call list (is Arsanal longer using Red Arrow anymore? Either sounds better than Speedy.)
  9. The actual power used depends on how simple or how complicated you wish to make it. It mostly depends on the GMs personality and the GMs need. Stargirl, and Arrowette I believe. They might be with either Young Justice (League) or Teen Titans.
  10. That works also. Forgot about the KISS Principal (Keep It Simple Stupid).
  11. Simple-ish. Extradimentinal Spaces from one of the Advance Player's Guide books. If you don't actually WANT to new power you need a new book to get, try Extradimensinal Movement with lots of limitations (like Physical Manifestation and target is released when the manifestation is destroyed).
  12. Who is he? A Scandinavian man who wants to rule the world and mutated himself with what be thought was mammoth DNA, but instead elephant DNA. He is a mad scientist type and quite intelagent, but also overcofiant and possesses bad luck. Stats: A brick with a small stretching (only with extra limb) and extra limb (trunk). Also a small VVP gadget pool. Also an exotic memory (an elephant never forgets after all). Use: He believes he is more of a great villain than he actually am. He is cometic, but he takes himself seriously. He doesn't see the joke he is.
  13. I'm shocked that someone remembers The Big O.
