Ok if you are going the FW route, make a linked FW and RKA attack with the ability to scale up the RKA as desired. Then make the RKA AE 1 hex, and define it as having to attack in that hex only.

I'd redirect the player to another power like TK with a grab only -1 limitation. TK is not persistent by definition and fits the bill.

The force wall angle works if you are trying to emulate the hard to hack through aspect of most entangles. This really is not required.

simple resurrection healing with a side effect/special effect that the dead body remains. No need to make the power *more* expensive for a bit of novelty. Essentially, I'd rule it a +/-0.

I am just wondering. I cant really think of any character in comics or other similar mediums that I can think would warrant even 100, is all.

Before, Zorn responds, I'll interject that not all groups see the scale of power the same way. His 250 INT might accomplish what I let my players 50 INT character do. It's all in the eye of the beholder.

Ma Ha Suchi is an type of Exalted called Lunar. They suffer from a curse that causes them to mutate (physically, mentally, and spiritually) over time. Ma Ha Suchi was once the most beautiful of creatures and desired by many. Now cursed by the Wyld, he has the horns and feet of a goat in all his forms, including his powerful werewolf like warform. Hence, wolfgoat.

Swimming can be purchased as a "power" and under the rules can have a x2 MCM for 5 points. You can also MEGASCALE your swimming if you want. I did it at the lowest level to model the ability of JLA-god Aquaman to leap from the bottom of the ocean to the surface in a single phase!
