Right now I am working off a continuing Dispelled with LoS, not vs mechanical based powers, expanded effect x8 for total coverage. Also I made his Capture Bands as TK with a physical manifestation. Grailknight Posted March 8, 2021 Report Share Posted March 8, 2021 Aisawa is expensive but fairly simple to model. He has a huge Suppress(Drain) vs all innate powers except Characteristics. It might be simpler to do him with a Mind Control with a single Telepathic command of "You can't use your power(s)". Mental Powers are already LOS so you'd just have to add in a Limitation for his occasional blinking. The bands can be a TK or an Entangle or a combination of both.
