Metaphysician
I got Watchers of the Dragon recently, and in it is a writeup for the Disgustingly Powerful Ninja, a ninja built on almost a thousand points. Anybody ever used this writeup for somebody in their campaign??
Lord Liaden
I've never actually used the character writeup in-game to this point, but I'm in the process of grafting his Skill set and appropriate Characteristics onto Kirigi, the immortal vampiric mutant that Steve Perrin wrote up as the leader of Aaron Allston's Shadow Clan (from the first edition Ninja HERO). I figure that's an appropriate power level and breadth of expertise for a 500-year-old ninja clan leader. BTW the Disgustingly Powerful Ninja also appears (updated for 5E but otherwise largely unchanged) in the new Ninja HERO.

One of my players bought me the new Ninja HERO as a birthday present last year -- with the explicit rule that I wasn't allowed to use him
GestaltBennie
Daimyo, the master ninja associate of my campaign's disgustingly powerful Tyranny League supervillain team, drew on the disgustingly powerful ninja for appropriate inspiration.
