Insaniac99
how much would the psycological Limitation "not the brightest of the bunch" be worth? the only person who comes to mind is the young Goku in the show Dragonball (perticularly the begining of the series) I can't really think how to adequatly describe it to those who haven't seen the show, Goku is completely ignorant about gender distinctions, he doesn't get most things about technology, and just doesn't really understand things right away, Unless they are fighting related
Pegasus
I think what you've described falls under the heading of Naive, or possibly Innocent. But you might also want to explore the social limitation aspect, as well as the reputation. People treat you differrently when you're "not the brightest of the bunch." ...I mean, that's what I've heard. I wouldn't know first hand. Bengal
Trust me, they do. People explain the simplest things to me over and over and over again, until I start to imagine what they would look like if they were giant anthropomorphic fruit-beings. Or thinking about sex. Snarf
As a social limitation, I vote for 10 points: frequently (11-), minor.
Pattern Ghost
The Goku level would be All the Time and he'd have a few dice of Unluck with social side effects. And physical limitation: no brain to mouth filter.
