There's actually information both ways on that one -- something lampooned in his comic recently. Personally I'd give him Self Contained with a possible -1/4 "GM Fiat -- doesn't work when the GM doesn't want it to" limitation.

His current comic also adds a limited form of duplication to his bag of tricks.

He also has the mother-of-all-Disguise rolls to go along with his shape shift.

Speaking of which, if you're going for a Golden-Age Plaz don't forget to give him Missile Reflection vs all PD attacks, uncontrolled to reflect his ability to reflect bullets back at his attacker.

My own personal one-off writeup of Plaz for my campaign has Variable Advantage +1 1/2 on his 20 STR. This reflects his ability to do such a wide variety of tricks as to be prohibitive unless you allow naked advantages in a VPP (which I don't).

Some suggested disadvantages.

PsychLim: Overcompensates for his guilt complex with physical humor (Very Common, Strong)

PsychLim: Sucker for a pretty face/nice bod (Common, Strong)

SocialLim: Exaggerated humor wears on most people (Very Common, Moderate)

DNPC: Woozy Winks, 14-, useful skills/connections (remember that Woozy also has an occasional invulernability power comparable to 20d6 Luck).

Physical Limit: Messed up continuity (DC still hasn't made up their mind whether his origins are "current" or Golden Age; there has been info both ways since his reappearance).

Twice, I have heard Wildcat talk to him like they grew up in the same neighborhood. With a tone like Wildcat was an adult when Plas was a Pre-Teen/Teen. Making him at least 12 in the forties. Which would mean he's over 60 years old at his youngest. I don't know what's canon, but I saw this in Morrison's JLA and Johns/Robinson's JSA series.

Yep. In the same vein we have a JLA appearance in which Woozy with his "sister" being in the modern day and having a young child. Woozy *might* be unaging too (the extent of Woozy's blessing has never been qualified). And Plaz's current series has the FBI chief saying Plaz has only been in the FBI a few years.

So frankly, DC doesn't know what's canon either :D

I suppose the easiest solution would to say he met Woozy and joined the FBI later in his career. I like the idea of his powers granting him immortality. Makes since, plastic takes forever to break down and he has shown regenerative capabilities. In Kingdom Come he was portrayed with wrinkles. I remember a while back, Joe Kelly introduced his illegitimate child. Maybe this kid is Offspring from the Kingdom mini-series.
