Mark Rand
Re: A Look at my Version of the CU Can the nurses wear caps and white uniforms ? Also, do they wear white gloves ? I should've said "white caps with their uniforms". White gloves, like school guards wear, could easily be worn while going to or coming home from work, especially with either a white sweater and purse, or a red-lined navy blue cape and any purse. They'd also look cool if she's outside with a patient that's going somewhere.

Of course, she can wear whatever kind of glove she wants.

Major Tom I'm 54. Before they went out of style, I often saw nurses wearing white uniforms and caps. The last three times I saw a nurse wearing a cape were in the movie Coffy, the episode of Barney Miller that the officers had to get flu shots in and the episode of T.J. Hooker that had someone dressed as a nurse killing nurses. Of the three of them, only in the last one were white gloves worn with the cape. Mark Rand
Re: A Look at my Version of the CU Are Barney Miller and T.J. Hooker in your universe ? It's possible. Of course, given the age of the actors that played them, they're probably retired by now.
Darth Continent
Re: A Look at my Version of the CU some pre-immortals may have become immortal due to vampire attacks. So -out of curiosity - if the Immortal has been turned immortal (lowercase, meaning Undead), and they are exposed to sunlight, do they just burn and burn and burn, but never die? Because (apropos of The Chris Farley Show ) that would be AWESOME...

Hooker episode (wacko dressed as a nurse going around killing other nurses), IIRC. Now that that's out of the way, it's time for a new question: What sort of alien presence, if any, exists in your version of the CU? Do ETs like the ones in The Invaders walk around disguised as Earth humans (with Joe Q. Public none the wiser), or are they more overt about it? Major Tom The same as in the official CU, plus, due to the existence of the Stargate, the Goa'uld and the Tok'ra. Keep in mind that the general public didn't even know about the existence of the Stargate until The President, needing metahuman help to battle Anubis, revealed the project's existance to the world. Guest Major Tom
Re: A Look at my Version of the CU I don't know why I haven't asked this question until now, but do any of the more frightening villians that have appeared in the movies in recent years exist in your version of the CU -- for example, Hannibal Lecter and Michael Myers? Lecter alone would probably scare the hell out of the PC group in your game, in spite of the fact that he has no superpowers (just being able to get inside their heads, pushing the right buttons, and carrying out a mind-screw of epic proportions would be enough to make him Major Threat #1 as far as they would be concerned). Major Tom I haven't seen any of the movies with them in it. I'll decide once I rent them. Right now, I'm working on a DC Elseworlds campaign idea. Instead of Bruce Wayne becoming Batman, Barbara Wayne became Batgirl. It's on the Dark Champions forum. I'll soon start a thread about that world there. It'll describe the world as the heroes know it.
