Variable lim on youre EC seems inapropriate, what lims are you going to take any way?

Just take 1/2 dcv activate and be done with it.

 

Your MD is 10 not inc FF, Telekinetic FF is not a justification for MD.

 

The Shape shift is better served by images, and how is mental only a lim. ( personall prejudice , the new shapeshift is silly )

 

Very much a jack of all trades mentalist which you have paid for by requiring a oif suit.

the Limitation is Mental Based, not Mental Only: robots, video tapes, etc will not be fooled by it, it is an ability SPECIFICALY requested by the player (To change into what other people look like).
