How to build a safety net

How would you build a saftey net (regardless if it is made from webs, forces of energy, common day rope, etc) in champions? Gliding, only to reduce falling perhaps?

If you mean something that you fall into that catches you then you can do it with either +x inches leaping usable by others, OAF net [leaping reduces falling damage] or +x strength, only to catch [using the catching rules].

One common build I use is Gliding, only to counteract fall momentum -- usable AGAINST others so it can be used by unconscious people.

Let's keep it simple: Entangle adds to your defence, it could be assimple as that

Extra PD, UAA, only to reduce falling damage, OAF: Safety Net.

Are you GM or player?

 

If the GM just say "there's a net, it catches you."

 

If you are a player, I usually stick with the Flight UAO, Only to CounterAct Falling Damage. But Leaping, Gliding, heck even Teleport would work.
