Susano Posted July 14, 2005 Report Share Posted July 14, 2005 Okay, I'll admit, it's my lunch hour, HERO 5th Ed. is at home, and I'm not sure if this is answered in there, but... Feng Mo (Wind Spirit) has an EC (or MP) of "Air Control." It is OAF (matched set of folding fans). Take one fan away everything is at 1/2 Power. Take both away, she no longer has access to the EC/MP. Then, when one gets taken, simply assume that the fan that bestows the bonus is the one that gets taken. That way, it's as if they both contribute half of the entire power range. What he said...OR...buy it OIF: multiple OAF, custom lim: only half power if one fan taken -1/2 (lose about half (exactly half in this case), take a 1/2 lim...)
