It's been photomanipped into a villain's weapon a couple of times, and posted to (IIRC) the "pics that could be a superteam" thread in the NGD. I believe the poster (can't remember who it was) called it the "City Saw."

Oddhat came up with the name. I added some details. Oh, and we didn't photomanip anything, just used the pics as-is!
