JohnTaber
Hi Folks: I saw this on the rpg.net board. I was hoping I could convince someone to answer this post with lost of details. I am too busy today. http://forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?t=257596 Thanks my fellow Hero guru!
tgrandjean
Re: Why Hero For MA Game? Before anyone gets to it, Surbrook's Stuff... Well, that takes care of your character adaption needs... Anyway, Hero is plenty detailed and can handle a martial campaign easily. I'll easily second the recommendations of the Ultimate Martial Artist, Ninja Hero, and the Combat Handbook. So, what's to sell Hero from the other games out there? Once you get it you can run any genre using the same rules. Period. So after you finish your Martial Arts campaign you can run your vision of Star Wars, D&D, whatever you can dream up. That is the appeal of Hero. ... Ppppttt.... Never mind. I'm not going to bother posting on RPG.net But whatever, pass it along if need be.
Dust Raven
Re: Why Hero For MA Game? I'm not a registered user of rpg.net (that I can remember... it might just have been so long I don't remember what my password is or the email I used to register... but who cares?), so I won't be posting there. It looks like the issue's been pretty well covered though.
