Sensei, being an Oriental version of Instructor, I'd base off PRE. Your other two sound more like Powers to me than Skills, so I couldn't give you a useful answer for them. Franklin I agree that sensei would be based off of PRE. After all he has his knowledge skills and MA maneuvers for the technical stuff.
