He played football in high school and was good at it, his family was always patriotic, with a long history of enlistment in the military. At 18 he started getting headaches, serious headaches. Finaly his parents took him to see a specilist, a secret agent of PSI. This is when he learned that he had TK abilities, as he flew out the window. Sense that day he has been hunted by PSI. He shortly left for Florida State U on a Athletics scholarship, where he enrolled in ROTC, and created a costume for himself. Powers: Mark is a powerful Telekenetic, but untrained, unfocused. The only thing he is good with is flying. Personality: Raw, untrained, rash, a littlebit of a show off, tends to think he is more ready than he really is
Checkmate
Re: [Character Review] Skyrocket Neat I guess. I just don't understand why his reaction time doubles just because he's in the air (from 4 spd to 7 speed)
JmOz
Re: [Character Review] Skyrocket The idea is that while he is in the air his reaction time is quickened because he is able to telekineticaly react faster than he is able to physicaly react, for instance he could not just hover over something to increase his skill rolls, it is ment for his CV & Reaction times only
Hugh Neilson
Re: [Character Review] Skyrocket Skyrocket 44 1) TK Shield: Force Field (25 PD/25 ED/10 Mental Defense) (Protect Carried Items), Reduced Endurance (1/2 END; +1/4) (87 Active Points) ??Telekinetic mental defense?? A very tough character to take down - great CV, potent defenses and likely to be at range when you want to attack him. On first glance, little offense, until I considered further... A 13d6 Move By with 11 OCV means multiple move by's are a definite possibility. The 17d6 Move Through merits consideration if he's confident he'll knock the target back. Gary
Re: [Character Review] Skyrocket Character is very vulnerable to grabs and entangles. Once he's grabbed, he immediately drops to Dex 18 Spd 4.
Derek Hiemforth
Re: [Character Review] Skyrocket An all-the time DCV of 13 (or 20 when Dodging) combined with 30 DEF would probably be unbalancing in a lot of games. But it's definitely an interesting spin on the speedster archetype.

Once he's grabbed' date=' he immediately drops to Dex 18 Spd 4.[/quote'] Good Point. That is not the way I really saw it working, it was more of a him moving his body via TK (thought over physical Action). A Visible Lim actualy makes sense for them now that I think about it (An aura affect around him)
