That's 62" in 22 turns, or roughly 3" per turn. He pretty much looks like he's moving pretty fast, although with the edits it is unclear how many breaks he took. 1" per phase seems perfect for climbing. One of the engineers at work is a climber, though not nearly of this calibur. He knows a lot about climbing and famous climbers.
