Character: Rapid Roy The Stock Car Boy

And a third entry into this little series.

Rapid Roy is just on the end of Pulp and isn't exactly a DC character. However, his 'shine-running history helps make him a DC candidate, and I fully intend to take him, Jim, Leroy, and the rest, clean them up a bit and add in some flavor text describing the character, mentioning the original song, and giving some plot ideas for use in your game. How's that?
