Depending on which powers have their SFX Defined as "Big White Rhino-Man" he either falls unconcious or gets very angry.

 

In the case of Whire Rhino, I would assume his STR and Defenses are the White Rhino defining factor that turn him from mild mannered thrief to angry rhino-man. Or at least I would play it that way.

Sounds like White Rhino has really, really, really, really, really, really easily concealable Distinctive Features, like at the 0pt level, and that he always has his powers available to him.

Pretty much.

 

White Rhino is a good demonstration that one doesn't need anything but SFX to explain cosmetic changes when Powers come into play.

"Mechanically? I'm Activating A Power, nowhere does it say that Power is visible when not active, it becomes visible when activated, up to that point - it isn't there unless I take a Limitation that says it is.

If he got attacked the sfx could be he just turns if the damage is not what that character wants to take since its always active the dramatic I changed just in the nick of time or that bullet would have killed me. also as far as stats same difference when the player reaches a level he feels is pushing his human forms ability then press-to change-o hechanges also for dramatic effect when he's pushing limits but not exceeding for sfx he can have partial feature change (skin texture changes, or eyes etc.) that could be caught by bystanders and even potential enemies fo later story plots.

Yeah...at Most I'd say "You need to go Rhino if you plan on a full on Pres attack" otherwise it's just cool sfx....

Maybe it would help if you thought of this as being like a shapeshifted dragon, the kind that can take human form but still has all their strength, the resilience of their dragon scales and can still project dragonfear if need be without having to alter their form.
