Asperion Posted January 21, 2007 Report Share Posted January 21, 2007 Re: Timestop Difficulties I have often discovered that the most cost-effective (but not cheap) method of creating a "timestop" power is by buying the SPD Drain power to such a level that it will lower the SPD of most characters to zero or lower.
