Diamond Spear Posted May 10, 2007 Report Share Posted May 10, 2007 What do you guys think about a power like the one below? 3d6 drain, variable advantage any one power, reduced return rate 5 pts per minute, based on EGO combat Value, ranged. Would this have to be an AVLD attack if I wanted the defense to be ego defense rather than power defense? I’m at work without my books so I have no idea what something like this might cost. More specifically, it lets you select Mental Defense instead of whatever defense the attack is normally applied against at the time you buy the power. Personally, I'd let you get away with BOECV for only +1/2 because Drain is by default versus an equally common defense. This is a house rule though, by the book you have to apply the full +1.
