Building an intelligent Super-vehicle?

So Scarlett Arrow, my newest character, has a really cool motorcycle for getting around (no travel powers to speak of). I was thinking of bit of tinkering with the bike, either adding a computer or getting it possessed. Think My Mother the Car, but less sit-commey.

Looking over the main book, there's a couple of ways to do this - either as a follower (a very oddly shaped follower, mind you) or just building it as a vehicle with an AI.

So what's the best way to do that - they seem (more or less) the same, or at least get the same results? Or is there a better way to go at this.

The other question - has someone put the numbers together for K.I.T.T. (or another intelligent super car/bike) that they'd be willing to share. I'm not hard up for idea, but seeking inspiration from other sources would help.

Re: Building an intelligent Super-vehicle?

If Scarlet Arrow is great with a motorcylce (has TF and Combat Driving, maybe some bike tricks), you'll want to go with a Vehicle/AI combo rather than a "robotic" Follower. If he's just so-so with his bike, you might go the Follower route. (The problem I have with the motorcycle as Follower is that it's basically carrying the rider, so the rider's skill doesn't come into play.)

On a related side note, if you have any Digital Hero credits, you might check out DH #16 (Jason Walters' Biker Hero) article for some bike tricks that SA could learn; the article is also a very entertaining read. Also, I think DH #28 (D.T. Butchino's The Whole Package article) has a martial art, Bike Fu, that might be useful.

There are several Transformers as well as a version of KITT

She's not bad at the moment - a basic TF and one level of combat driving - but there's room to improve (and I intend to over time), so it sounds like the combo meal is the way to go.

Dont have any, but I'll give it an eyeball when I get a chance.

If you have the chance, post the cycle when you've

finished building it. I'd love to steal.....errrr, take a look

at it. :D

BTW, have you considered a Nitrous Oxide system for

"sprint speed bursts" ?
