nexus Posted April 11, 2008 Report Share Posted April 11, 2008 Re: Gang members First let me say I embrace the idea of a range of characteristics for normals instead of a hard and fast strait 8's (My range is 8-12) Well, I don't think it's so much ALL normals (normal defined as background NPC very minor character maybe an "Extra" in movie terms) have straight 8 but that's the average and close enough for government work when it comes to rank and file types of NPCs that the GM hasn't bothered to make up sheets for.
