Dr Archeville Posted June 23, 2008 Report Share Posted June 23, 2008 Many moons ago, I saw two horribly abusive builds here on this board (I know at least one was intentionally abusive, not sure about the other). I was recently reminded of them, and wanted to find them, but the Search function's not been very helpful. Assistance is required. First was a build for a guy with a large number of Independent magic rings, which, among other things, allowed the wearer to summon fanatically-loyal critters who were equipped with powerful Independent devices (which they then gave to the summoner). Second is the "Lazy Mentalist Assassin," the mentalist who could snipe at anyone on the planet and kill nearly anyone given a few rounds, while calmly relaxing on a beach sipping pina coladas. Hugh Neilson Posted July 11, 2008 Report Share Posted July 11, 2008 Re: Looking for two (horribly abusive) builds Sure - one ring for an Attacks Multi, with 16 charges per slot, then 10 doublings for 50 points gives you 1,024 of them. A second has a Defense Multi with a couple of PD, ED, Flash, Mental and Power defense and 8 doublings for 40 points to have 256. Shell out another 30 points so you have 1,024 extra rings, and 5 points for Extra Limbs - total of 100 arms. Now you have 800 fingers.
