The Heart of the Abyss gemstone now only provides an extra 5 BODY/Minute of Regen, but now has 20 DEF for purposes of being smashed. BTW, does 3-points sound reasonable for Fringe Benefit: Membership (senior partner in a prestigious law firm), or should it cost more (or less)? In the meantime, here's how they rank power level-wise: Shadowlings: the weakest form of Shadow Wraith and what all of them begin their existance as. Though not very powerful, they can still play some nasty tricks on the unwary and the Shadow Lord often employs them as spies. those Shadowlings that survive long enough fledge into Lesser Wraiths. Lesser Wraiths: The rank and file of the Shadow Lord's army of darkness. They pose a greater threat than Shadowlings, though they're still primarily cannon fodder. Those that don't fall in battle with the Forces of Light move up in the ranks and possibly become Greater Wraiths. Greater Wraiths; The army of darkness's veteran warriors and middle-ranking commanders. Only the Thirteen Dark Generals and the Shadow Lord himself surpass them in power. For the cultists, the write-up of DEMON Brothers in Champions Universe would serve just fine with some minor modifications to make them better fit their patron's overall theme. In the meantime, earlier someone compared the Shadow Lord to published character Takofanes and, naturally, it got me wondering what would happen if the two of them were to square off. If anyone here has the time and the inclination to run the battle, you're more than welcome to post your own blow-by-blow analysis.
