Hierax
This would make for a great low-powered Comeliness based political villainess: http://www.theonion.com/content/news/recent_rise_in_international Is she really a villain or just someone who doesn't realize their own powers? BobGreenwade
Re: low-powered Comeliness based political villainess I'd say it's someone who doesn't realize her own powers. I'd model them as Drain INT and an INT-based Mind Control (or COM-based, under 5th Edition), both Always On, possibly with a Distinctive Feature. Vondy
Re: low-powered Comeliness based political villainess I'd say you could give her seduction and a custom skill: "sex appeal" at obscene levels and tack on "no conscious control." Or... Power: 20d6 Unluck, Megascale (Global), Usable As Attack, Only To Create Global Geopolitical Disasters and Conflicts, Must Be In Presence of Diplomats Or Leaders Who Are Potential Parties To The Conflict And Have Potential Sexual Interest In Character, Events Have A Farsical Cause Traceable to UN Diplomat Distracted By Character's Presence, Delayed Effects (Days to Weeks), No Conscious Control.
